Having worked at the heart of London’s yoga & wellbeing world for over a decade, Kate has seen many a wellness fad come and go!

She supports others by sharing a deep and grounded understanding of how to manage and minimise stress; prevent and recover from burnout; support sleep, energy and physical wellbeing, and maintain habits that foster presence and passion for life.

Learn Simple Practices That Make Life Sweeter

As a teenager, Kate developed a deep interest in how movement, psychological skills training, diet, rest and play can have hugely positive effects.

She first qualified as a teacher in 2014 and has since completed over 800 hours of training in various styles of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, “breathwork” and performance physiology & psychology, as well as other complementary holistic wellbeing practices.

She currently teaches one public online yoga class, open to all levels, on Monday evenings. It’s a vinyasa-flow-to-yin style, meaning it starts with more dynamic sequence of poses and winds down to a thoroughly relaxing 30 minute section of deep stretching and rest.
