I’m over the moon to be collaborating once again with my best pal and long-time partner in retreat-weaving, Suzie.
Suzie and I met a decade ago, both racing around London as full-time yoga teachers and we have always loved bringing groups of like-minded humans together in easeful chats, deep rest and creative play. Retreat life!
Suzie is now an incredible tatooist, incorporating her holistic magic and wisdom into her work with ceremony, tarot, mentorships and trainings. She lives close to where we'll be gathering for our retreat in beautiful rural Wales.
The retreat will run from Friday 27th to Monday 30th November and will be a collection of all of our favourite soul-nourishing, spirit-freeing things!

A bit of Luxury
Sumptuous farmhouse accommodation, with options for shared or solo occupancy. Come alone and meet a new roommate pal, bring a friend, or have your own space.
There’re loots of comfy shared spaces to snuggle up with a good book, have a natter, spend some time with a creative project or indulge in some quiet thinking time.
Stunning surroundings
Our home for the weekend is near Abergavenny, with lush views across the green hills and valleys of Wales and easy access to major train links.
We’ll take morning walks to clear our minds, share sauna sessions and lounge in the hot tub - there’s even a wild swimming pool for any brave cold-water dippers!
Nourishing food
Our incredible chef, Kat, will feed us delicious, fresh and wholesome vegetarian meals all weekend. You will not go hungry!
Kat is used to catering for all sorts of dietary requirements so just let us know of any when you book.
